Yes, we’re a new company with big ambitions. We launched with our Premium Long Grain White Rice and plan to expand our product range steadily as we grow. Every product we add will meet the same high standards of quality and sourcing.

Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale starts at one full pallet per SKU, or a $1,500 minimum on mixed pallets. Private-label and custom-blend programs start at one truckload. Samples are available before you commit — ask your account contact.
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes. We supply grocers, co-ops, distributors, restaurants, and private-label programs with bulk sizes from 25 lb bags to totes, plus retail-ready cases. Wholesale accounts get tiered pricing, standing-order scheduling, and a dedicated account contact.
Where does the rice come from?
Our rice is grown on family farms in the Mississippi Delta and the Gulf Coast rice belt — primarily Arkansas, Missouri, and Louisiana. Every lot is milled domestically and traceable back to the farm and harvest year, and we can provide lot documentation with any wholesale shipment.

Do you accept returns?
Because rice is a food product, we don’t accept returns on opened bags. If a shipment arrives damaged, short, or off-spec, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the pallet and lot codes and we’ll replace it or issue a full credit — freight included. Unopened retail cases can be returned within 30 days in resalable condition.

How long is shipping?
Retail and sample orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days. Palletized wholesale orders ship LTL or full truckload within 2–4 business days of a confirmed PO, with transit of 2–7 business days depending on distance. You’ll get tracking and, for freight, a delivery appointment window.
Do you deliver across the United States?

How much is freight?
Freight is quoted per shipment based on weight, pallet count, destination ZIP, and any accessorials such as liftgate or residential delivery. Retail orders over $75 ship free in the continental US; wholesale pallet orders are typically $180–$450 LTL, and full truckloads are often the lowest cost per pound. Every quote we send is landed — product plus freight, no surprises.
