Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F) in a sealed container. Aroma fades with age, so use within 18 months for best fragrance.

Cooking Instructions

1. 1Rinse 1 cup of rice twice in cold water — jasmine needs less rinsing than plain long grain.
2. 2Combine with 1½ cups water and bring to a boil.
3. 3Cover, drop to the lowest heat, and simmer 12–15 minutes.
4. 4Rest, covered, for 10 minutes before fluffing. This is what keeps the grains separate.

Use slightly less water than you would for standard long grain — jasmine absorbs faster.
